Two Peptides.
One Pathway.
CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin are two distinct peptides that interact with pathways involved in growth hormone release. Learn what they are, what research has explored, and whether this combination belongs in your wellness conversation.
They aren't the same peptide.
They work through different signals.
CJC-1295 is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone, or GHRH. It has been studied for its ability to influence growth hormone and IGF-1 levels.
Ipamorelin is a different type of peptide. It acts as a growth hormone secretagogue, meaning it can stimulate growth hormone release through a different signaling pathway.
Because they interact with different parts of the growth hormone system, the two are sometimes discussed together. That does not mean that combining them is automatically appropriate or that specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Meet The Two Peptides.
Understanding what each peptide does individually makes the combination much easier to understand.
The Signal
CJC-1295 is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone. Human research has shown that CJC-1295 can produce sustained increases in growth hormone and IGF-1 levels.
The Secretagogue
Ipamorelin is a peptide that acts as a growth hormone secretagogue. It interacts with a different receptor pathway involved in stimulating growth hormone release.
See How The Signals Connect.
This simplified pathway shows the basic relationship. It is an educational illustration — not a prediction of what will happen in an individual person.
CJC-1295
Acts similarly to GHRH and can influence signaling that stimulates growth hormone release.
Pituitary
The pituitary gland is a central part of the body's growth hormone signaling system.
Growth Hormone
The body's resulting hormone response depends on individual physiology and pituitary function.
If You're Feeling

Choose the statement that sounds most like you. These are conversation starters — not diagnoses, and not promises that CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin will produce a particular result.
Recovery
Recovery can be influenced by sleep, nutrition, training, stress, medications, hormones and many other factors. Your provider can discuss your individual goals and whether peptide therapy is appropriate.
Body Composition
Body composition is influenced by many factors. If this is your goal, your provider can discuss your health history, current treatments and appropriate options.
Growth Hormone
CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin are interesting because they interact with different signaling pathways involved in growth hormone release. Your provider can explain how those pathways work.
Overall Wellness
Wellness goals rarely have one single cause or one single solution. We start by understanding your health, lifestyle, medications and goals.
Healthy Aging
If you're interested in healthy aging, we can talk about the areas you want to address and the evidence behind different wellness approaches.
Just Curious?
You don't need to know which peptide you need. Bring your questions and we'll explain the science, the limitations and the consultation process.
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin vs. HGH
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
These are peptides that can influence growth hormone release through signaling pathways. They are not the same substance as human growth hormone.
Human Growth Hormone
Recombinant human growth hormone is the hormone itself. It has different pharmacology, approved indications, dosing considerations and safety considerations.
Your Goal Is The Starting Point.
Not The Diagnosis.
People may become interested in these peptides for many different reasons. But the same symptom or goal can have many possible causes.
Recovery
Discuss your activity level, sleep, nutrition, training and recovery goals.
Body Composition
Discuss nutrition, activity, metabolic health, hormones and your current treatment plan.
Energy
Persistent changes in energy can have many causes and may require broader evaluation.
Healthy Aging
Explore evidence-based approaches to your individual wellness goals rather than relying on one peptide.
Interesting Research.
Important Limitations.
A published human study of CJC-1295 found that subcutaneous administration produced sustained, dose-dependent increases in growth hormone and IGF-1 in healthy adults. That study provides evidence about the peptide's biological activity, but it does not establish that CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin produces a particular wellness or cosmetic outcome.
The evidence surrounding compounded CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin products is more limited. FDA currently identifies concerns involving characterization, peptide-related impurities and potential immunogenicity for compounded products containing these substances.
That is why we believe peptide therapy should begin with education and individualized clinical evaluation rather than a promise of a specific result.
We want you to understand what each peptide is, what researchers have studied, what remains uncertain, and what factors your provider considers before recommending treatment.
